Thank you for your sweet concern. The gentleman shared a little with my husband about little Rockys condition. It seems Rocky had heart issues and had been seen by several vets and had even been taken out of state to a special clinic for tests. So not sure exactly of all details about the last hours of this little guy. But sounded like this couple truly did try to make him comfortable through his last years. Not sure if they were going in Petsmart for an appt or just to get doggy food. With so much going on with the loss of Rocky I guess he didn't talk the final steps in his life. I'm sure the pain of it was too much at the time. I feel the man was so shocked by the fact he really has lost his little friend. |
