Hi and welcome to YT I am sorry it is under these circumstances. Could you apply for care credit which is a no interest loan if you pay it off with in the specified amount of time. Perhaps you could share the costs with the breeder if the respond to you. I think you might have to surrender the dog to a rescue in order for them to help not sure. I have read about dogs that have liver shunt that are managed by diet and medication. Here is a link to a YT search to read up on liver shunt. I am going to ask to have your thread moved to the sick and injured forum and you will get more advice. Sending prayers for your Yorkie.
