Another quick update. Still not feeling great...the pain isn't as bad as that first night, but still bad enough to keep me from sleeping or getting anything done during the day. With the exception of doing the necessities for the kids and dog, I'm pretty much in bed. The doctors did tell me it may take up to a week to start feeling close to normal, and my medication reads that I will feel cruddy on it for up to a week as well.
Honestly, feeling a little blue today. I am just so over feeling this bad. I could handle it if I was just feeling under the weather, but four+days of this intense pain is taking its toll on my mood.
