I would suggest tube feeding my puppy formula listed in the breeders (?) section. Tube feeding enqables you to deliver the exact amount of formula needed for the weight of the baby, and the aspiration danger is much less with tube feeding than trying to force feed/bottle feed a struggling pup.....you didnt say how much the baby weighs, nor what his activity level is....if you have a failure to thrive, I would feed every four hours around the clock, 1cc/oz body weight. The formula I have posted here, delivers 14-16 cal./cc, so if there is no other issues with the baby, he should start to gain weight quickly.
