I tracked Gunners weight and at 12 weeks he charted to be around 4.12oz which is is right now at just over 1 year. If I keep him at a good weight (5lbs or less), he is perfect. So, I think the charts are pretty accurate. MeSo at 12 weeks is charting at less than 4lbs, and I believe it, she is so tiny and has gained little weight since she came to live with us, even though she is not skinny by any means. She is a very durable little girl, more so than Gunner was at this age.
