My gosh, I have gromed chester my self and never cut him or niped him once. I can't belive they are suppost to be professionals . And I think her comment to you about training your dog was rude. She is supost to have skills to calm him or soth him if they are excited. I'm really disapointed in pet smart. I actually was thinking of bringing chester there. Now I'm worried.
