Hey, my dog has a golf sized lump on her throat and she has a small movable lump on her stomach and she has a lump on her back. Also her stomach makes wierd noises and she gags as if she is going to be sick but she doesn't i want to know if any of this is serious. Her behavior hasn't changed, she still runs about and eats well(normall emount) and she still acts her normal self please help me my 14 year old sister is so worried
