I agree with Karan, could just be normal tiredness from the vaccination and the vet visit.

Check her gums -- are they moist and pink? If they are sticky and very pale or white, that is cause for concern. You can coax her to drink with water on your fingers.

Also watch for swelling in the face or difficulty breathing. For safety's sake, do you know the way to your nearest pet ER?
