Growth differs from one pup to the next. My boys are full brothers from different litters and had growth spurts late: 11 months. It is in their genes. They grew in spurts from the time they were pups.
Usually Yorkies are full grown by about 8 months, length and height. They develop muscle into their second year which will add to overall weight.
