Hi all....I am fine, I'm cleaned up at my area....I've been moderating with 2 others an Emergency page that has thousands of members...quite the task...I have to admit one thing....I love banning....love it!
Anyway...no there are no schools open, none and many are closed indefinitely because the structures are compromised. Some private schools located in downtown Buffalo may be open but nothing else. Gas/food/etc all gone....there are many many many travel bans all over. Help has come from all over too...our National Guard is activated here as well.
We've lost 15 lives that we know of so far...they haven't finished uncovering cars
only the main roads are accessible now and they are working on the side streets now. We have had many, many, barn collapses, kennel collapses and of course homes and modular homes...flat roof structures are not doing well at all...its going to get worse with a thaw and flooding and of course ice after that.....ugghhhh so much to tell you about! Everything has been closed...I'm definitely getting claustrophobic too....
