Are you praising him and treating when he does go potty where is he supposed to?

ZoE will be 4 years old in a couple of weeks and she still expects a treat everytime she goes potty on her pads. I dont mind, as it keeps her good potty habits in our home.

Also, does Sammie have one consistent potty area. I know some people have multiple potty areas, but that has never worked for me. I picked one spot and the potty area stays there. No matter where we are in the house ZoE knows to go to her spot if she needs to go, much like a young child knows to go to the bathroom. With my last yorkie, her potty area was in the laundry room on the main floor, and even though we had three finished floors, no matter where she was in the house she knew to go to the laundry room to potty.

Consistency and praising like crazy has slways worked for me.
