Hi and welcome to YT I am sorry it is under such difficult circumstances. There is a lot of information here on YT regarding liver shunt. One way to search is to go to the bottom of the page and you will see a Google search window put in liver shunt and click the Yorkietalk.com button and it will search for posts. You can also post in the sick and injured forum and members who have dealt with this issue can offer advice and resources. Linda aka LadyJane is part of a yorkie rescue group and has dealt with Yorkies with a lot of different issues and can offer great advice. I am so sorry that poor little Bijou is dealing with such big issues. My heart goes out to the both of you. Sending prayers and best wishes.
