I have a yorkie who is a few days away from being 16 weeks old. She weighs 2 pounds 3 ounces and is underweight per the vet. She also has pneumonia which complicates my question. Anyway, somwdays she will hardly eat and then days like today she acts like she's starving and wants to eat all day. I don't mind feeding her as much as she wants/needs but sometimes she throws up! So I'm not sure if I should let her eat as much as she wants.

Ok so with all of that info at your disposal... What should I do? Limit her portions to want is recommended or let the sick dog eat as much as she can even if it means she throws some up later???
