I lived in NY, Da Bronx my entire life, I knew the 5 boro's like the back of my hand. Then I moved to a state I knew very little about, talk about FEAR OF DRIVING TO NEW PLACES lol, All highway driving, nothing like NY streets lol. Forget about Map Quest. Then I saw this thing in newspaper ad called GPS, saw what a GPS was, RAN did not walk to my nearest Radio Shack and got one. OMG, I got my wings to freedom. Yes, the GPS sometimes is a pain in the butt, yes sometimes it will take you on the longest route, but you do get to where you need to go .All my Drs and specialist offices are in CORN FIELDS, before I got my GPS I had to cancel many appointments because I could not find them. Now I take out of state trips using my GPS. I have to assume, like a cell phone, everyone has one, I also assume everyone has a GPS. If you don't have one I advise get one, also smart phones phones have GPS, I use my blue tooth when I use my cell phone for directions, love both my cell GPS and my dash board one. If you don't have a GPS I suggest get one, even if you use it just one time, IMHO, it is well worth the investment. I now have absolutely NO FEAR in driving to new places, I have freedom to travel anywhere.
