Until recently, Teddy went to the groomers every 6-10 weeks but I've let his coat grow out for winter. I prefer for him to have longer fur around his face, anyway. So, at the minute, he has a shaggy "in the process of growing out" look but the length is decent right now. He has to have a top knot though or he'd look like a sheep dog! I shave under his armpits and his belly and I'll probably be taking some of the back (under his tail) this weekend. The longer coat is good for the winter but I will admit it's annoying after walks or play in wet weather. |
