Sophy1055, have you had his ears checked recently? One of my vets has noticed that dogs tend to give themselves lick granulomas on their paws when they have issues with their ears. I know it's weird, but she's right more often than wrong and has gotten many dogs to leave their paws alone after treating their ears.

Little update on Bug. The spray and soap finally came in (it really wasn't a long wait, but since it was for Bug, it felt like forever lol). Since it was so cold that day, I just used the spray and bathed him the following day. Ok, I know it sounds weird, but oh! I love the way he looks and feels after his bath! Even his coat color looked better (he's black, but has stained/rusted his coat). He acts as if he feels better. He is still itching, but not as badly. I am finally feeling hopeful!

Thank you so much for letting me know about this stuff. It smells odd, but is not unpleasant, I'm even starting to like the smell, I guess because I can see it helping him.
