Thank you all for your great support. I am very sad I had to make a decision but we decided to euthanize my Choco this afternoon.

I took him to the Vet where he was hospitalized and there was a very little chance he would get better, and he was in great pain.

During my drive to the vet, Choco again was not responding but managed to get him awake. It was a very hard decision for me and I cannot stand to see him in pain, i know he got himself awake for me but he was going in and out.

I did try my best and called rescue groups and also emailed Yorkie rescue of America. But, after consultation with my vet and also the doctor at the vet hospital, It was very painful for Choco to survive each day.

I requested Choco to be cremated and will be making a place for him along side my Grandmas Altar at home.

Thank you for all your kind advice and I will definitely stay in this forum and help others that is going through what my Choco had gone through.
