Sentinel will help with the flea problem, stopping the cycle from the eggs.
You can use organic coconut oil on the spots to help them heal. It probably won't take the itchiness out. Coconut oil is safe for the doggies to lick and ingest. Nutiva brand from the Vitamin Shoppe is a great brand. You probably have one of those stores in your area.
