They make warm coats and and even little boots if you're worried about him getting too cold. I would like to get them for mine but I have 6 dogs and it's too much to dress everybody several times a day so everybody has just learned to do their business quick and come right back in. I did have an old guy that I recently had to have put to sleep and I didn't make him go out last winter because he was so old and sick but otherwise everybody does fine and I live in Ohio too.
