my meals today consisted of:
breakfast: all bran cereal w/low fat yogurt
lunch: whole wheat pita w/humus
dinner: slow cooked beef and zucchini w/tomatoes and onions over long grain white rice
now, what did I just eat in my mind???
the fattest, biggest chocolate cupcake ever w/homemade cream cheese icing which is currently sitting in my fridge taunting me and making me wish diabetes was nothing more than a myth... |
