We just lost our beautiful maize last night. We are so devastated. He too just had a clean bill of health, had his teeth cleaned and everything has been great. Yesterday he was barking up a storm as usual, playing with our other dog, his same rambunctious self, by 9pm he was dead. He was lying down, we th o ought he had a little upset tummy but NOTHING that would prepare us for this. We took him to a clinic and they told us it appeared to be a heart attack but he didn't even whimper. We are trying to figure out what we could a be done wrong. This s baby was so loved he slept under our pillows and push e d us out of the way. He was only 7 years old. Did we miss something? Are we to blame. |
