What great pictures! But as much as I admire what I think is the underlying message, I have concern with the portrayal of young children unsupervised alone with a large dog.


That is not the message I want to send out as a large dog owner and breeder.


De facto a parent or so must have been behind the camera and relatively close, but not close enough to interfere with a doggie foot mis-step....


And certainly young tykes should never be walking any dog alone.


And milk smells on babies are quite enticing to a young puppy and that young puppy might want to nurse........


Just my thoughts on this - And I do remember an old adage, the younger the child the bigger the dog should be. But of course it needs to be the *right* large breed.
