He's using the internet, $20 entrance fee, $1400 prize, if you mailed your $20, USPS may be involved but def still federal because it crosses state lines... FBI comes to mind.

The gambling outfits have reams of legal requirements to do so. | The way he does it is you purchase a toy for your dog. You pay $20.00. Then only 60 people are entered. Then he picks one from the group that wins a puppy. Thats how i won. I would not have entered a raffel. |
