Poor little guy, I hope he feels better soon. We had to dea; with a lot of vomiting when our old roomates chi/pom got pancreatitis, but her's had blood in it. Next time the dog starts vomiting make sure to pick up the food and water for 24 hours and make an appointment asap. That's what our vet told us to do.
