You can give her plain canned pumpkin without worry (unless she has a history of pancreatitis or a digestive disorder). I wouldn't be concerned about missing one stool though. It happens.
Definitely crate rest her, no jumping or running, if she has a limp. Still limping today would be worthy of a vet visit.
