Default Any Suggestion on Toothpaste That Won't Give My Dog Cavities?

I used tropiclean fresh breath toothpaste. It's suppose to be natural, and it isn't. Their toothpaste made my baby sick, so I stop using it. I switched to petrodex toothpaste, but my baby started to get small cavities. I later switched to Virbac C.E.T. toothpaste. They have a lot of sugar in it too. I noticed two small cavity dots on my new yorkies teeth from them. Virbac C.E.T. works the best in cleaning my babies teeth, but I don't want my babies to continue to get cavities from their toothpaste. Does anyone else have any suggestions? The ASPCA recommends brushing your dogs teeth with baking soda. Has anyone else tried that method?
