Not necessarily. Roxy was several months old before she ever barked. Yours figured it out early, but not sure you can depend on any predictions. She's still a baby trying to figure out what being a dog is all about. Roxy has figured out when it's appropriate to bark, and all excessive is barking is discouraged (not allowed).
