I think it's possible, just may take a long time lol But why get them to use the big toilet with a toddler seat when you can just get them a toddler sized toilet not so high above the ground and probably easier for them to prop themselves up on it. (of course, there's a bit more cleaning depending on how the toilet is made or set up, might add water or cat litter in it for easier cleaning)
