Welcome to Yorkie Talk. I would put your puppy in the room where Luna sleeps and stick to it. A small crate fitted with soft bedding for him would be a good idea. You can even leave the crate door open. Puppies like a sense of closeness and security.
The hardest part: be consistent. Don't give in. Use earplugs (make sure to put the plugs away during the day where they cannot be eaten by Yorkies).
Also keep in mind that puppies probably will not sleep for more than 5 hours at a time at night. When Max was 13 weeks old, I went to sleep at about 11 - midnight and was up by 5 am to take care of his needs.
