Oh, don't get me wrong, I well understand having one child is a breeze compared to two or more. I just really enjoyed parenthood and didn't find it a tough grind at all, probably because there was only one. I imagine having three children at once is an amazing amount of hard work and exhaustion. But still, boundaries are boundaries for each child we bring into this world, and we are responsible not just birthing them but for loving them, keeping them safe and well, how they behave, grow up and imbuing them with an identify beyond that of wild child. It's just those parents who seem to give up on their kids and allow them to run wild in any setting I don't get.
