I would take her to an emergency vet tonight. She could have an infection, or it could be an injury to her eye, and she could have foreign material in her eye.

All of these things are very painful and risky to put off a vet visit until Monday. I would not risk using anything not prescribed by a vet until you know what the problem is with the eye.

My Max suffered corneal ulcers caused by injury to the eye. Very painful stuff. Getting him care immediately helped prevent permanent damage.
