Welcome to Yorkie Talk. You can let her have some activity. I would limit jumping and too much running. Keep an eye on her incision.
I have boys and neutering is less invasive, but I had to keep Max from his daily walks for about 10 days. He was ready to play the day after surgery, but an attempt at jumping caused a little bruising in his surgical area. He didn't try to jump again for a few days.
