I think it's a good product for really irritating barking when nothing else seems to work. I only use it at home when she is crazy barking at something and she is not following a command. (plus I can't catch her or yell loud enough) I always give her a chance to bark first, because that IS her job. It is just a tool for training.

Ali is doing really well on walks and in public but she is on a leash so easy to correct. I pick her up and put 2 fingers on her nose and tell her, "no barking!" At first it was exhausting but now it's pretty easy. When I see someone coming I remind her to leave it and she ignores people if they ignore her.

Skateboards, motorcycles, rolling backpacks=forget about it=hopeless.
