I just got a call from my brother and SIL. My nephew had knee surgery (complete meniscus tear and ACL tear) on Monday. His lower leg started swelling Tuesday. They took him to the doctor and he did an ultrasound which showed TWO blood clots. They prescribed blood thinners. Well, this morning his leg started turning very, very dark. They rushed him to the ER an hour ago. I'm so worried. He is such a sweet boy. I call him boy because that is what he will always be to me. He is actually 38.

He needs prayer and only God can see him and the family through whatever is facing him. I've always known that knee surgeries can be dangerous and it is now hitting home. I've known several people who have had big problems with knee surgeries.
