What I used was 4 foot high lattice and 4x4 post and post holders same idea as BorderKelpie kennel but a lot cheaper and very attractive looking. Mine was 8 X 24 and was right off my deck, open back door, 2 steps down deck into potty area. I strung tiny Christmas icicle lights on mine for light. Elec. fence will not keep other dogs out. I had to get up for work at 2AM, I let both my dogs out, my older one would bark her head off, (at 2AM) I wasn't happy about it, but, I would never think to get rid of her for barking. Someone just suggested "the bark genie" to control barking. Buy it on amazon.com, it's not natural, but I would try that then even think of getting rid of such a beautiful lil baby like you have.
