Kimchi gets groomed by the groomer at least once a month and that's to get her major maintenance done. In between I may give her a bath or even trim her nails if they are longer than I care for, but otherwise she seemed to start getting more excited when I bring her to the groomers lately (I always bring her treats for them to use on her, if needed). I think she enjoys getting groomed by them more than me ^^;;. She loves getting attention from everyone she meets (sometimes wee's in excitement ^^;;..) so them pampering her is a treat. They also gush about how she almost falls asleep when being groomed (when thinking on it, I think I accidentally trained her that way by keeping her wrapped in a towel and holding her for her nap after bathes), she's much more accommodating when relaxed or sleepy. Otherwise, me trying to do most stuff is a little tricky as she wants to gnaw on my hand/brush/whatnot. So for her to get her day treatment/care and her enjoy it is worth the price
