Here are two microwaveable ones that I found:

If you microwave these, put your hand on it beforehand to make sure that it is not too hot. I believe that it its supposed to be microwaved for 30 seconds to 1 minute. I would recommend putting it in a thin pillowcase and then tying it up tight to possibly try insulating the heat in there for a little longer.
I don't generally like the plug-in heated beds because there might be an electric shock, or the power could go out, or the yorkie might start chewing on it, etc., It is more of a risk with curious puppies than older yorkies, so it really would depend on how your yorkie is.
