Penny is 7 months old now, but when she was really little we didn't put a collar on her in the house. I suddenly had a realisation that there is a tiny chance she could run out the house, the baby gate could be left open, I don't know.
She wears a buddy belt harness when we go on walks but wears a collar at all times with her ID tags on it. It has a buckle but is thin and soft and properly fitted.
We is microchipped but I feel like if someone found her, the chip wouldn't be their first thought, they would check the tag and just call me or bring her home. Plus it's an excuse to buy pretty collars for her
