There is an app you can put on your smart phone that makes the same noise. It's free too. My granddaughter put it on her ipod for some reason but she was showing me the app. It has different levels of noises and one of them we couldn't hear her chihuahua could hear it and reacted to it, not in a bad way. i could ask her what it is if anyone is interested in it.
