I didn't realize there were two threads, I thought I was being moderated...yes I wonder what kind of breeder doesn't know this information. My bff has a cottage right over the bridge and didn't know about this (whoops) took her new pup and boom, turned back. No big deal for her cuz we live minutes from the Bridge but....OP doesn't.
