Some would say, you should never scold when they have an accident, only praise for success. Scolding can produce submissive peeing. I'm not sure if that's the problem you are experiencing, I don't think it is because that usually happens when they first see you and will pee when greeting you. Since it happened so suddenly, I'm wonder if something scared her while she was outside? Yorkies are such small dogs and are very vulnerable to being outside alone even if your yard is fenced. You could start taking your dog outside every hour, you could teach your dog to ring a bell, so you'll open the door and take her outside. You could consider pee pads if you don't want to go outside with her. Another consideration is a bladder infection, especially if a spay has been recent.
