You are probably lucky that this man did not keep his word. The health of puppies from places like this is a big gamble. I would hate to think of you suffering a broken heart dealing with or losing a sick puppy. (Puppy Palace is a franchise I believe -- we have one in our town -- sells puppies from mills)
Still, this person should not be running contests like this and misleading people.
