If you have an old sweat shirt, measure the length of the puppy, cut sleeve the measured length, cut 2 holes under the cuff for the front legs, you can do this with socks also,use the open crew for the head and cut the toe area off. I did this yearssss ago with a tiny baby that was unplanned while I was on a camping trip, she was cold in July, as long as it keeps them warm, that's all you want.
