NY & Pa.puppies can be sold at 8 weeks old. These ppl have to be reported for selling puppies under 8 weeks old. How many innocent little babies will die because not every one is like you, or will follow a vets advise. Please for the sake of future babies report this person for selling under 8 weeks old. No teeth poor little sweet boy, even if you paid $ for him, you really rescued him. Bless you for following your vets feeding plan and sticking with it. It's a lot of work, concern and worry for you but this baby will live because of you.
