Pancreatitis can be deadly. Keep a very close eye on him. While it is best to be hospitalized, you could also ask about getting subcutaneous fluids. ANY change in his condition needs immediate vet care.

Thought I'd update on Choco:
For right now Choco is eating.
I know he is very weak right now but I see him putting effort in eating and drinking. I know this is a very slow progress, but we are keeping an eye on him all day, and paying great attention to Choco.
