Your puppy baby needs play and naps too, someday you baby may disturb your pup and I doubt you will muzzle the baby. You may look into taking her to the park or doggie daycare, long, and I mean like a mile or so long walks helped my zoomie baby. You'll work out a system, stick with it and don't punish your puppy for being a puppy.
