I tip regardless if it's the owner or not. Not tipping an owner theory flew out the window yearssss ago, well in NY it did. To the OP original question "how much to tip" I would round it off and give $15.00, make it an even $100. Just the convenience of me not having to leave my house, the time I save bringing to and picking up is worth it.
