That picture of that sweet little thing lying in the window patiently wearing her Mermaid tail with her little back to the camera as she watches the world go by(one of Tibbe's favorite activities) is just so sweet to me. I don't know why but that picture just grabbed me by the heart. What a delightful picture of a precious little girl!
