Crazy at this will sound, my pup was 6 weeks old when I got him, so I had to teach him about bad biting. As his mother would have done, I pin him down, roll him over on his back, hold him there, look him in the eye and growl at him in a low voice. It worked for me. When he is being bad, I growl at him, just like an older dog would do.
You could also hold his mouth shut and say 'no bite' several times while you restrain him. The pup will probably challenge you a few times, just repeat the restraints anytime he tests you to see if the rule is in force....
