Another product for loose dogs attacking you is called Muzzle. You can buy it online. It is a mace like product. It is legal and made for dogs. After a few times with big aggressive dogs coming after Zoey I bought it. I have never had to use it but I would if push comes to shove. Just having it in my pocket helps with the confidence I need while walking.
